The file 'Exposed Chassis Upper Sleeve For Savi’s Workshop Lightsabers 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 262.9KB.
This one is very "work in progress".
I was curious why I hadn't seen any custom Upper Sleeve's that take advantage of exposing the cool textured windows that are in the Chassis of the Savi's Workshop Lightsabers.
So, I've quickly whipped one up.
The windows add a bit of free extra detail. Plus, with the lightsaber's blade out, flipping the on switch makes the hilt pulse with the color of your kyber crystal for a while.
It has some structural issues (mostly a little thin and brittle at the collar),
and doesn't sit well on an original pair of metal switch covers.
It was made using:

(Including the STEP files was greatly appreciated.)
It works great with any of the 3d printed sets of switch plates, but because of the finicky nature of exposing the insides of the lightsaber, it will need a slightly different shape to line up better, and fit tightly, with the original metal parts from Savi's Workshop.
