Parts:
43 mm M2 screw, preferably hex socket cap
Super glue or Epoxy
Power drill
Sandpaper (coarse and very fine)
After printing, screw in the 43mm M2 hex socket cap screw (or any other M2 thats long enough) for support.
Chuck the mandrel in a power drill and apply super glue/ epoxy while turning, to build up an even coat of glue. Maybe you´ll need a couple of coatings.
After the Glue is dried, sand it down to desired diameter.
I use this Mandrel to expand the case mouths ten thousands over bullet diameter.
E.g. for .308 Win, i sand to ~.318 in
I do this to create measurement cases to go in my Hornady O.A.L Gauge.
Maybe you can use this also as regular Expander Mandrels.
I am not sure if they will hold up with extended use.
Use some kind of neck sizing lube when expanding (I use Imperial Dry Neck Lube, which is graphite powder)
Works is my Sinclair Mandrel Die
Have fun!
