Overview

This is a redesign of the Diatone GT X549 Exorcist quadcopter racing frame.
I tried to match the scale and size of the original design but added better support in the front and back to brace the arms, as well as making the main body a little thicker.

Frame weight is 67g, the original was 62g.

NEW!

I've added a file for braces that can be CNCed in carbon fiber. Checkout http://www.cncmadness.com/home.html to get yours made.

Canopy's

There are multiple different canopy's to choose from including a GoPro mount version.

The included canopys are a remix of Maulous's canopy design "Flame".

Printing Details

If you are using an ender 3 with a micro swiss, odds are that the hotend is not actually reaching 260c. I had to switch to an e3d v6 hotend to get NylonX to print at a proper 260c. (I estimate the microswiss was actually about 240c).. You could try flashing marlin with the temp limit removed, try something like 280c and see if the part is strong.
