Summary

Warning - I'm using TheOne EX10. It should fit the original, but I'm not sure :)
I had a problem of having the original Ti spacers being too heavy (3.5g), and the lack of them made the balance bad. So I decided to design and print some spacers which wouldn't be too heavy. And they came out 1.8g each! After installing these, the balance became absolutely perfect. Chaplins, aerials and every trick in the book (maybe except the chadder, but maybe because I suck at it) are spot on. I'm happy with the result and the look of it. Also - the jimpings. Because why not.

If you want to add a hole for another pin, you can do so:

  1. Of course measure the position of the hole on the original spacer
  2. Take a 3.2mm cylinder and make a hole in that place

I printed it With Silk PLA at 100% infill, 0.8mm layer height. But it can be any layer height really. And any material. There may be a difference in weight then.
