My snare cradle was way too small for my drum pad, so I cut a 14inch diameter circle of wood, and mounted my drum pad with 5 of these.
It's a snug fit, but slides in and out.
Countersunk holes to hold screws, Fusion360 file provided to change to your screw profile if required. I just used misc self tapping screws I had lying around.
I printed these with supports for the screw holes and just poked them out, so very minimal required. May even work without supports
