My 2013 Police Interceptor Utility was missing just the Whelen Ions in the back window. The mounts were still there. This adapter allows you to install the much cheaper, and just as good, ETD strobe lights in place of the Whelen Ions.
Print both parts. First attach the base to the Whelen Mount. Then you can attach the ETD strobe light to base with the other adapter.
