Photo shows the base and insert assembled with the pogo pins and some very sloppy gel CA glue :/
the "cap" has a routing void for the wiring to exit from the alignment hole.
the "guide" was designed to drop in a bare module board and get you close to alignment but I don't think I'll end up using it.
Oops - You'll want to flip the cap piece and rotate the insert before printing obviously :)
