Summary

A modular electric skateboard battery and vesc enclosure. Suitable for flat packed battery packs. Can be arranged in multiple ways, such as 5, 7 or 3 piece arrangements for different length decks. Standard design was intended for 40" longboard deck with slight concave, but not drop through. Overall length of 5 sections (2x END, 2x EXT & 1x MID) is 600mm. It is 200mm wide, with 22mm internal clearance. Using a neoprene seal on the perimeter will increase internal clearance, or you could extrude the walls to your desired height.

It is not supposed to be waterproof, but you could use strong PVC tape on the underside to create a seal (of sorts) between the printable sections.

Best to print with 100% infill (for strength), and with the sections in vertical plane (for best finish).
