Summary

Very simple to use - just add a boxcutter blade in the middle and some M3 (or similar) screws to the sides to hold it in firmly and drag along the length of the wire! Depending on the thickness of your wire, you may find it easier to place the stripper over the wire first and fix the razor in afterwards so that the razor can be at the perfect height.

This was the second iteration - I made it a bit more ergonomic by rounding the top sides to make it easier on my fingers while I was using it. Designed in Tinkercad and printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle, 0.12 mm layer height and about 4 perimeters to make sure it was sturdy enough.

Happy stripping!
