The file 'Epson V800 / V850 – Digitaliza 120 & 135 Holder 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 368.3KB.
This was inspired by IanBauters Lomo Digitaliza adapter and then transformed into a holder that is similar to the original Epson negative holders.
It allows you to place the Lomo Digitaliza 135 and 120 Negative holders always at the same position on the scanning surface. The Digitalizas are raised by 1mm, which brings them in perfect focus for my Epson V850.
All parts are snap-fit - there's no need to glue anything, although you can of course glue the parts together to make it even more solid.
I had to divide the holder in 2 parts because my printer has a max print size of 220x220.
Part 1 & 2 will be held together by the flat part 3 clips. Part 4 are the measuring squares for the Epson scanner. You should print them with white filament or even better black and white with a filament change to white after the first 3 layers.
The connecting fingers of Part 1 are very tight in the rims and squareholes of Part 2. Depending on the tolerances of your print, you might need to file or sand them a little bit to make it fit perfectly.
I printed this in PLA and PETG. I prefer the stiffness of PLA. Since the contact surface to the printbed is very large you should let the printed parts 1&2 it cool down completely on the printbed. If you force them off the printbed they might cool down uneven and are not flat enough for a perfect scan.
