I’m quite impressed by fessyfoo engineering of this belt tensioner. Really clever and compact design.
I needed a shorter version for my small Ender-2 printer:
Note: It's easy to put too much force on the belt since the nut is bigger (32mm > 42mm)
• The tab on the optional Swash plate should be pointing straight up to start with. Turn it to the left to move the belt to the left and turn it to the right to move the belt to the right. Max 90 degrees left or right.
I used this design for 1.5 years now with no problems.
