The file 'Ender 5 Easy Cable Hiding 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.4MB.
The cabling on the Ender 5 is horrible, If they only had been 15cm longer ...
So I decided to make a simple cover to hide all those ugly cables in the rear right corner
Easy to mount with 2-3 short M3s and printed T-nuts
I printed mine split in two because I didn´t have time to print it all at once. However as a bonus i didn´t need any support. Just glue the two parts together. Or if you like, I´ve uploaded the non-split version as well. (This however will require supports)
The cables made it bulge a little bit inwards so I made a small (optional) mount that just press it together a bit. This is where the third M3 screw will go, if you decide to use it, it´s most probably redundant if you take your time putting the cables inside one at a time and not just mashing them all in like I did.
Might be a good idea to print it with a brim of 12+ lines or so to prevent warping if your bed/filament are prone to that.

Or if you print I would appreciate if you post a make
