I previously had the Ender 3 pro OEM screen, which I went on to print storage drawers underneath it. Those provided great onboard storage. When I added the touch screen (I lost the ability to use those drawers). I have been on the search for something that helped regain a little bit of that onboard storage again. I redesigned these to have drawer fronts for aesthetics. I printed them at 20% infill. I also removed the inner rear "tab" to help facilitate easier opening and closing of the drawers. They look good and add a nice bit of storage.
If you have an Ender 3 or Ender 3pro, you might need to move your screen off the top of the extrusion where the drawer body would go. You can use this bracket to move the screen over to the side: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4672827
