Wide covers for v-slot in aluminium extrusion of Ender 3 and similar printer using same extrusion profiles.
I wanted to achieve look similar to newer Ender printers that doesn't have v-slot on front side of aluminium extrusion profiles.
For Ender 3 (X/Pro) use 2 x 200mm for left side. If using stock power supply, use cutout version for right to avoid power supply screw in front.
Use 135mm for base and for X Axis use Single 200mm+142mm.
For better results, I printed it on smooth PEI sheet bed with slower settings to get super smooth front face and then quick sanding + black matt spray paint gives extra nice finish / look.
