This bracket design allows you to relocate the stock 4010 fan and the stock injection moulded fan duct from the Ender 3 V3 SE, to the side. I'm happy with the hot end cooling performance, so I only wanted to move the fan out of the way so I could add an extruder spinner and also gain easier access to the highly stressed 2510 heatbreak fan so I can swap that out when it fails.
The stock fan is angled at around 35degrees off the vertical,when fitted into the stock shroud, so that's what I've replicated here to ensure the duct has the correct exit point near the hot end.
