I wanted to add some storage drawers to my Ender-3 V3 KE but it doesn't have any gaps where the drawers can reside so I designed them to go under the printer.
The "cabinets" are designed with one big or two smaller drawers and there is a simple block to raise up the back. The rubber feet on the printer sit in indentations so I've made the cabinets for left or right side installation. The rear blocks are smaller so the insert is in the center. The height is about from the table to the print bed.
I recommend at least 15% infill on the cabinets so they have enough rigidity to accommodate the weight of the printer. I printed the drawers with 5% infill.
NOTE You will want some sort of no-slip and/or anti-vibration "feet" to attach to the bottom of the pieces to keep the printer from moving unintentionally. I found some no-slip furniture pads on Amazon that are a felt pad with rubber on the bottom. The ones in the pictures are 2-inch and they appear to offer some vibration reduction as well. You could also use a rubber mat of some kind.
UPDATE: Someone pointed out that I was blocking the vent under the motherboard fan. I have modified the left cabinets to allow ventilation through their top.
UPDATE 2: I added an STL for a side mount. It's an existing model but it needed to be taller to reach the table given the extra height of the drawers. I also added an LCD repositioning bracket for the KE so your LCD won't be in the way. The LCD bracket is available separately on Printables.
