Would not recommend printing out the shroud unless you absolutely need to. In that case, try it with supports on with 30-100 percent infill.
The part cooling fan duct, however, breaks really often and can need replacement. Takes about ~1h with 60 mm/s and ~30 mins at 125 mm/s with 0.16 layer height and 1.0 line width with a 0.6mm nozzle. Use 0.1 - 0.18 layer height.
