My take on feet risers for the Ender 3 V2 that use the OEM rubber feet with a lightweight style.
I've also included a solid style version which takes around 30% less time to print, but you will lose the cool points with those.
These feet raise the printer by 15 mm, leaving it with a total height of 25 mm with the stock rubber feet.
As per request I also included a solid 35 mm total height version.
I used them to install Noctua A9x14 on my PSU and Motherboard and still have around 10 mm of distance to the surface for airflow.
Be aware I designed these ones to be quite tight to avoid unwanted movement and noise. Make sure your printer is calibrated correctly, otherwise they will either not fit in the channels or be a bit loose.
To print them, Flip the models 90° on the Y axis to get the most accuracy on the rail inserts.
I did not use supports and I had to do a bit of cleanup due to my printer's current poor overhang performance but the integrity of the model was not compromised.
