Use a brim to provide more adhesion to the building plate.

This is a slim cover for the Ender 3 V2 Power Supply (PSU).
The original black plate covers part of the ventilations holes of the PSU, increasing the temperature and making the fan run like crazy.
This cover is designed to increase ventilation and to protect the electrical connections.
With this this mod the printer result also quieter since the PSU fan isn't alwasys running.
