I was inspired by FragrantAbyss to remake his filament guide to be more aesthetically pleasing and allow printing without supports.
The wheel is slightly offset away from the lead screw to avoid contact between the filament and the lead screw.
The bearing gears are spaced 0.15m apart. To unstuck them, insert the bracket into it, and gently rotate it back and forth. Keep rotating while applying sideways pressure until it freewheels well.
All parts can be printed without support, and snap fit together. The gantry has to be taken off to install the pin into the bracket.
Suggested layer height:
Wheel - 0.125mm
Bracket & Pin - 0.2mm
NOTE: If you can't get it to fit together, you can try setting "slicing tolerance" to "exclusive" in your slicer :)
