Summary

Combined aspects from KurtLindner's and odivelas' Things.

I added two X-Acto knife, pencil, or pen holders on the top.

Feel free to adjust this thing as necessary for your own tools.

EDIT: Mark 2 of the tool holder has been added and Mark 1 has been removed. It allows for 9 nozzles, a pair of tweezers, and fixes an issue where the allen wrenches would hit the extruder gantry if it went high enough.

Also added an attachment for those of you who got a different style of scraper; one that has a flat edge, rather than rounded. It's called 'Flat Scraper Fix'

EDIT 2: Added an insert for the original design so you can put foam into the rectagular compartment and stick the nozzle cleaning needle into it.

EDIT 3: Added an additional cutter rest/hook by itself so it can be printed separately and then superglued to any version of the holders if needed.

EDIT 4: Added Mark 3 of the tool holder. It has a slightly redesigned scrapper area that allows you to easily slide it into the slot, slightly longer hooks, and layout. It should allow for the Creality Dual Z-Axis upgrade kit to be installed without being in the way. I also incorporated a place for calipers (WARNING: Size may not be able to fit every type of caliper. Please adjust for your own use) and there is now a place for the included nozzle cleaning needle towards the back. Just slide the nozzle cleaner into the v-shaped slot from the right, allowing the handle portion to stick out. The v shape will keep the needle in place, in theory.
