I liked the original design, but wanted to be able to fit 40mm fans that I had in. In the process of fitting the 40mm fan, I got sick of how tight the Raspberry Pi was sitting, so I added some relief around the network port to get it in and out easier.
See pictures. This allows you to fit a 40mm fan on the side to keep your Raspberry Pi cool.
The tolerances are tight - I found a few angles I could tweak to add some more clearances, but mine fits without touching right now.
