Danke an Merkaba für den Teilekühler.
Habe den Halter abgespeckt, näher und höher an den Motor gesetzt. Der Lüfteranschluss ist nun waagrecht. Die Düse ist nun ein paar Grad nach unten geneigt.
Die Sicht von vorne ist jetzt besser. Habe keine Testreihen gemacht, aber ich drucke jetzt alles mit maximal 50% Lüfterleistung.
NEU 1 - E3S1Btl5015Sch2.stl für zweite Schraube am 5015 Lüfter. Die zweite Schraube ist aber nach meiner Meinung nicht erforderlich.
NEU 2 - HalterMinus2.stl hat axial zum Schrittmotor keine Luft. TriHornV2 hat geänderte Mutternsenkungen.

I slimmed down the holder and put it closer and higher to the engine. The fan connector is now horizontal. The fanduct is now tilted down a few degrees.
The front view is now better. Didn't do any test series, but I now print everything with a maximum of 50% fan power.
NEW 1 - E3S1Btl5015Sch2.stl for second screw on 5015 fan. In my opinion, the second screw is not necessary.
NEW 2 - HalterMinus2.stl has no axial clearance to the stepper motor. TriHornV2.stl has modified countersinks.
