Those are 70mm foot for the Ender 3 S1 PLUS to help with the motherboard and PSU cooling. They use the original Rubber feet. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ORIGINAL BOTTOM STEAL PLATE.
I made a Honeycomb bottom plate to insatll a 120MM Fan on the motherbard and the PSU here : 6497954
