This is a simple light for the Creality Ender 3 S1.
Besides the printed parts you will need the following parts:
Light assembly
-LED light strip with adhesive back, 300mm long. A 24V one will be easiest
-19mm x 3mm Aluminium strip, 350mm long. I painted mine black on 3 sides to match the printer and left the bottom shiny to help reflect the light.
-2x M5x8 cap screws
-4x M3x10 countersing screws
-4xM3 hex nuts
Switch assembly
-Toggle switch (Unfortunately the one I used had no part numbers on it so I dont know how to identify it.)
-2x M3x25 cap screw
-2x M3 T slot nuts (There are a few designs available to print these that use a std m3 nut for the threads.)
For the wiring I used a pair of twisted wires from a ethernet cable. There is a slot in the arms for hiding the cables. You can uses either side. I used the RH one. There is a cover on the back of the RH extrusion where the wires for the filament runout sensor run. I used this to hid my wires and they come out near the RH Z Motor.
I connected the light directly to the power supply inside the base of the printer.
