Parts created with Solidworks 2018.
Marked as work in progress because i am waiting for feedback from other users.
I installed a MGN12H on my Ender 3 pro, it is 450 mm long (a little too much) so i also created a endstop support so i can remove the cover of the x-axis motor.
This rail adapter is compatible with Ender 3 pro but should be also okay for an ender 3 (to be confirmed)
I choose to print this part with 100% infill to be sure that it will be resistan enough
NO NEED TO DRILL THE STANDARD Ender 3 Pro plate :)
If you change your mind, you can still go back to the default setup.
Marlin modification:
// The size of the print bed
//#define X_BED_SIZE 220
//#define Y_BED_SIZE 220
// Travel limits (mm) after homing, corresponding to endstop positions.
//#define X_MIN_POS 0
//#define Y_MIN_POS -20
//#define Z_MIN_POS 0
//#define X_MAX_POS X_BED_SIZE
//#define Y_MAX_POS Y_BED_SIZE
//#define Z_MAX_POS 250
