There are 2 versions of the base, one for an insert, one without. Use an M3x10 screw.
Direct Drive Mount Dual Gear.stl is for use with the Creality style dual gear extruder
To custom assemble the mount, measure your extruder from it base to the center of the output. Set the face of the upper mount that distance from the center line mark on the lower mount. You can assemble in a cad program or just glue them. It's also adjustable side to side if needed.
Update: I have added a mount for the Sherpa extruder. One file for inserts, one without.
