This is for the Ender 3 Max Neo and may work on other Neo models. The holder slides over the printer head and clips over the back. its a tight fit to slide off but fits nice and securely. This holder is for the analog dial indicator you'll get at Harbor Freight, it costs around $20. I designed this in Fusion 360 and used Tree supports. I would suggest wrapping a rubber band around the indicator and holder to get a more accurate reading.
