There are two versions here.
The first being the design with inbuilt V slots connections for those not having spare T_nuts available.
The second is a far simpler print and uses T_nuts for securing it to the printer frame.
Designed not only to allow for a dual z axis screw, but also to keep fingers and electrical contacts ever meeting by putting a vent over the opening of the psu contacts
.
This version was redesigned as a single print based heavily on my other design (Thing number 5159703) but in a far simple/quicker print.
The large holes in the base align with the solid plastic of the original psu enclosure and are only added there to save plastic. The smaller holes are the venting for the base of the PSU where the cabling is usually exposed to fingers. This vent design protects you from any electrical surprises down there while keeping the airflow.
Print upright in the orientation it will be uses. Use tree supports. Infill 40 or more.
remember. As with any type of bracket that removes metal to metal contact with the frame of the printer, you must add a wire between the frame and the PSU casing to give the printer frame a proper earth/ground.
