A simple thing to mount two 5mm LEDs next to the nozzle, lighting up what you're printing. No additional hardware is necessary, the diodes squeeze into the holes and the bracket itself squeezes onto the extruder enclosure. To power the diodes you can splice them into the 40mm fan, or, as I have, wire wrap them onto the pins for a BLTouch.
Remember to solder resistors in series to the diodes, or you'll burn them out and risk damaging your board. Less resistance means a brighter light, but less diode life.
