This is a filament guide for Ender 3 (and similar printers) where the filament is sitting on top on the printer railing. It creates a proper 90-degree turn for the filament.
Design is retract-friendly - the filament will never dislocate itself from the roll.
No bearing or long bolts are needed. Just print, plop the wheel onto the base, attach to an existing bolt (see photo) and you're good to go.
Recommendation: use a bit of lubricant (any) under the wheel for extra smoothness.
Printing: best used with something a bit stronger than PLA (like PLA+ or ABS/ASA). No supports.
