I'd previously printed the filament guide posted by Filboyt but had issues with it separating at the frame. I've since modified it to be one piece with the layer lines running in the direction of the stresses.
Any basic settings will do. I ran at 0.24 layer height and added support for the small centre guide.
EDIT: the small centre guide was a little too big so I just cut it off.
EDIT 21/01/2020: I've updated with version 3.1 which has removed the centre guide.
