An extruder cover for the Ender 3.
I made this to hide the red aluminum extruder since the rest of my 3D printer parts are blue and it didn't match.
It also has a mount for securing the hotend wire harness.
A hole is on the top with enough clearance to still use a stepper motor knob of your choice. Extruder lever arm still functions as intended, I allowed some clearance for the moving parts and there is still enough room to use whatever filament guide you choose to use.
Print with supports. Enable Ironing.
For installation, remove the bowden tube coupler from the extruder, insert the lever arm through the square hole and snap the cover on with moderate pressure. Then reinstall the bowden tube coupler, it's held on by the coupler and lever arm.
