You can test this design on your on Ender 3
You need with 3D printing part :
For a best use, position of nozzle must be updated in firmware.
15mm must be add or remove (to be tested) in Y position.
15 mm is the dimension of hexagonal spacer used.
You have STEP files avalaible in download for update design with your needs and your parts.
