After not quite finding a fan duct that I really liked, I designed this one that blends together features of other common ducts into a compact form factor and with tons of cooling power to help with tricky overhangs and high filament flow rates. Designed for an Ender 3 Pro with a bowden extruder, no bed level probe, and a stock-ish hot end.
It fits two 5015 blowers and a 4020 hot end cooling fan. M3 screws are used all around, which are undersized for the 5015 blowers so there is some wiggle room to fit up fans from different manufacturers (I have found that not all fans are true-to-spec in terms of their drawings). I use a tap for the threads in the mounting holes, you may have to open them up just a hair if you are going to try to self-tap the holes with an M3 screw.
I may add permutations of all the following fans at a later date...
Hot end cooling (axial fans):
4010
4020
Part Cooling (blower fans):
4010
4020
5015
A .step file is provided if you want to add a mount for a bed leveling probe or make other modifications.
