UPADATE:
It's a V2 of my design. I added some t-nut style inserts for the v-slot.
There are more rails in this design to add more stability.
Works great as the previous version but hey...I just love designing in fusion.
I've been looking for a stable belt tensioner for my printer and couldnt find anything that fits my expectations. So here they are...my designs for smooth belt guiding in ender 3.
They work great and tight fit in v-slots makes them stable and reliable. I also included m5 holes in base file that allow you to make a thread inside v slot and tight everything even tighter with a short m5 screw.
To assembly you will need an m5x30 hexagon screew and a nut.
While printing the nob it is very important to pause the print at specific hight, insert the m5 nut and resume printing.
