Summary

This is an end stop for a cross cut sled featuring six bearings for real gliding action. Please note that this end stop has an inner width of 36 mm to fit on a front stop with that exact thickness and requires a t-nut rail to be exactly in the middle of your sled's front stop to work properly.

Payload
• 6 x bearings 683 ZZ 3x7x3 mm
• 2 x M3 threaded bar 54 mm length
• 2 x M3 threaded bar 13 mm length
• 1 x M6 threaded bar, length depending on thickness of your t-nut rail.
• 1 x M6 nut
• 1 x M6 sliding block

Assembly
• Slot in the four top bearings into their guiding holes. Push the two 54 mm threaded bars in either hole. I used a drop of super glue to keep them in place.
• Stick the remaining two bearings on their respective 13 mm threaded bar and push them in the corresponding guiding holes at the bottom of the end stop. I used super glue on either side of the bars to prevent them from falling out.
• If you want to use the knob, you must assemble it: Super glue a M6 nut to the inner part of the knob. Glue a threaded bar of appropriate length to the nut using, e.g., Loctite or similar. The appropriate length depends on the thickness of your t-nut rail. Basically it's 8 mm (inner part of knob) + 12 mm (thickness of end stop) + x mm (top of t-nut rail to and through the t-nut sliding block).
