I needed a hook in a closet that had a closet organizer, and I did not want to drill any holes in the closet. This hook attaches to the vertical piece using four pre-existing holes, two holes on each side of the vertical piece. The holes are 0.2" in diameter and 1.25" apart.
The holes in the closet piece fit the pegs in "piece 1" of the 3d printed part. You need to print two of "piece 1". "Piece 2" then slides onto both of "piece 1" pieces.
This is the first time I designed a 3D thing that slid together without fasteners. It worked beautifully.
