Dungeons and Dragons has 5 factions in the forgotten realms, one of them being the Emerald Enclave. This badge has new art in the recently released Phandelver and Below Adventure Book.
I wasn't able to find badges or pins (with this new artwork as reference) anywhere apart from Beadle and Grimm's for $35USD which is a lot in New Zealand. Used the photos attached and designed this from scratch.
You may need a 0.2mm nozzle instead of the standard 0.4mm as there is a lot of fine detail; otherwise scale it up 200% and it should be fine. Supports aren't needed either way.
