The original phone stand .stl was exported with low poly mesh and the surface wasn't so smooth.
I re-designed it from zero, in Solidworks, using free tangent splines (because Solidworks can't find the original function of the .stl file) and then I exported the model with higher .stl mesh resolution.
As you can see in photos, the surface now is very smooth
