Summary

This is a simple build for a Phecda enclosure.

You need the following parts to also get:

  • 3mm thick acrylic / plexiglas sheets (or Wood etc.) with the size 270x726mm (x2 for side pannels), 270x710mm (x2 for side pannels), 710x720mm (x1 for top plate)

  • 16 screws with nuts (M4x12)

  • a 120 mm fan and a suction hose with 100mm diameter

Build:

  • First print the 4 "bottom foots". Align the side sheets into them, drill the holes and mount them with the screws.

  • Then use the 4 printed "outside top triangle" as a template to dril the screw holes.

  • mount the "inside top triangles" with screws trough the side sheets to the "outside top triangles".

  • finally the top pannel will simply be layed down on the "inside top triangles", which perform as plattforms (mount a handle to the top pannel if needed)

  • afterwards you can print the fan adapter und screw it to any sheet that fits you best

You can seal all corners and the fann adapter with silicone if needed.

BEWARE:
Orange colored acrylic glas should work best to filter the diod laser but this is NOT a complete safety guarantee! Always use laser proof glases! Never compromise on safety!
