Edit - Only just realised I had to scale up the stl export by 1000 in blender for any slicer other than Prusaslicer. Fixed STL is now live!
I've been having an issue where the friction between the spool and the holder would cause the spool to jump as filament was pulled off of it, making a bumping noise not unlike the nozzle colliding with Z-zits on the print. Designed this to fit around the spool holder and add a low-friction surface for the spool to roll on, and so far it seems to have done the trick!
Prints in two halves with indexing to line them up. I just epoxied them together in situ and clamped them in place.
