For E3D Volcano heatblock with 27.5 mm throat with ~35.15mm 2x4 PTFE tube.
Same as 2.4.2, but without decorative head volume.

WARNING!
- With Marlin (with original screen): reset your offset to 0mm before replacing the original head with this one and recalibrate the offset after changes.
- Mounting the sensor on a self-tapping screw may be unreliable. I am currently testing the sensor mounting on double-sided silicone adhesive tape.
