The file 'Eldritch Horror Table Space Saver Organizer 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.3MB.
Do not tilt the cards holders downwards, otherwise the cards will fall out. This is a design choice to achieve the first goal - save table space while playing - by putting the cards holders under the game board.
Put two lids of the game boxes on the table, then put the unfolded game board over them. Add another lid if you play with an additional game board. You can also create a "second floor" using the inner boxes, so you can stack decks: just remember to take out things you could need during the game! Or simply use other games' boxes.
Under the game board, put the cards and tokens holders. Each cards holder is paired with a discard pile holder: stack it over or under it. I prefer to have the discard pile above the deck, so the draw and discard movements are less hindered by the cards held vertically in the player board. You can stack multiple cards holders and discard piles of the same type.
Cards holders are slightly inclined at bottom by 1.25° to hinder the accidental dropping of cards. This means that small cards holders are not perfectly symmetrical: the bottom can be distinguished by the fact that it looks thicker. This also means that trays placed inside the cards holders are inclined too, although this is barely noticeable.
Assets cards are stored grouped by trait, so you can immediately individuate the one you need. If you want to draw a random Asset card then roll 1d6 and draw from the corresponding trait deck.

Condition cards are organized in the same way, plus they're grouped by name, which is visible and arranged per row. To choose a random card, roll 1d10 for the trait and 1d6 for the row.
If you think you'll need a drawing system based on better distribution, you can calculate percentages by yourself and use 1d100 (2d10).
I have a box where I store extra material in common with other games. The box I'm currently using measures 10x10x2 inches, a format that Fantasy Flight sometime uses for its games or expansions. Examples: Secrets of the Order (Arkham Horror Third Edition), Beyond the Treshold (Mansions of Madness), Elder Sign, Arkham Horror Final Hour.
