The file 'Eiffel Tower, Scaled To 350%, In 3 Pieces 3D Printer Model' is (gcode, stl) file type, size is 17.0MB.

Summary

This is the popular Eiffel Tower model scaled to 350% and split into 3 pieces so it can be printed easily on a Prusa i3 MK2. Slicers skip over details too small to print, so this is intended to be large enough that the slicer won't skip any details.

I've also uploaded gcode files for printing this on the MK2. I sliced it using a soon-to-be-released version of Slic3r Prusa Edition with settings intended to work with most common PLA.

I'm testing the print right now and I'll post a picture when it's done, but I'm publishing now so a friend can download this and get started too. The base should take a little over a day to print. You'll need a total of around 0.35 kg PLA (assuming no failed prints.)

Update: This model has a very large number of retractions and turns out to be an interesting torture test for the extruder. If your extruder jams, don't say I didn't warn you. :-)
