For over a year, I have tried to use the shoulder strap on my ego blower, and it just falls off of the mount on the blower. So I made a special insert that can be inserted either under or over the existing mount. (just unscrew the 2.5 mm holding screw and insert this device either under or over the mounting bracket. See photos.
Hasn't fallen off since!
Note I included the fusion file if you wish to modify, and I included two STL. One is 2 mm thick, and the other is 3. Both work but the thinner one allows an extra mm of depth on the mounting screw for a more secure mount.
