I took the two split models from the original design, scaled down the Z axis on the 3110_Split_top_Dispenser_eggs.stl and combined them to fit an Ender v3 print bed.
Print with supports, 10% infill.
Anti-fall can be printed separately, and then slid in.
I also added a design that includes the anti-fall built in, but I haven't tested this.
