The file 'EDITED Rei Camping Stool Replacement Foot 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 121.8KB.
I recently bought a new lightweight stool from REI, for backpacking. But one of the feet broke off, so I made a new design and I'm posting it here if anyone else has problems with REI stools. The hole is designed for 1.2mm paracord. My idea is to use a prusik knot to help secure the legs for travel- Ill update this page with exact instructions for how I'm doing the cordage, after I print and install these replacement feet for myself.
Edit- original designs didn't fit due to the plastic shrinking as it cools, edited design fits better off the build-plate
Edit 2 refining further to find the right size. my cad program doesn't like this geometry very much, and the plastic shrinks when it cools, so getting a snug fit without being so stiff the model cracks is a challenge.
