This block is pulled to create tension thus strengthening fingers for climbing.
First block includes 24, 22, 20, 18 and 16 mm edges.
Second block includes 18, 16, 14, 12 and 10 mm edges.
Blocks include mid finger differential height position for more even tension distribution (for warm up or recovery).
Attach 5 mm rope to block and to a cow tail (or just the rope) to pull against your foot. A simple suitcase scale may be fitted to monitor tension or progression.
Recommended infill ratio is >40%.
