Summary

This is an EDC Stash tube for storing small bike parts such as bacon strips for tubeless tyres, spare valve cores etc. It is designed to fit inside the EDC Bike pump from ONE UP Components but could be used on its own.
I’ve created a video on my YouTube channel which explains the design and installation of the stashtube along with a review of the EDC Pump (but does not cover the printing settings etc).

When printing I used PLA which seemed more than strong enough, it’s a fairly small print with some detailed elements so I would recommend a fine detail setting.
The tube was printed vertically with no supports and took about one hour 40 minutes. As was the slider and stash cap (circle side down) which took less than half an hour each.
The “Bumper” was an experiment to reduce bumping the internal seals of the pump which I never used, and don’t think is actually necessary. It is designed to be printed in flexible TPU but I don’t think it is essential so if you can’t print TPU just ignore it.
